Chicken cutlets in sauce - a surfer's recipe

Ingredients:
1 pack minced chicken meat
½ pack minced turkey meat
½ pack parsley
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauce:
Oil
1 onion, chopped
2-3 tablespoons tomato puree
4 cups water
Chicken soup powder
Sugar
Salt
Sweet paprika
Thyme
Basil

Preparation:
1. Puree the parsley, onions and garlic in a blender until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, place both kinds of minced meat and add the spices and bread crumbs. Then add the blended mixture.
3. Add the eggs and mix everything together thoroughly.
4. In a large frying pan put half bottle of oil. Fry the cutlets on both sides. Save the frying oil.
5. To prepare the sauce, put some of the frying oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion and the garlic. Add the tomato puree and fry together. Stir gently and add 3-4 cups water while stirring.
6. Add chicken soup powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, some salt and the rest of the seasonings to taste.  Stir well and bring to the boil.
7. Add the cutlets to the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
