Acknowledging culture and education as society’s building blocks, Sugat invests in projects that open the mind to such values.
Sugat has a long tradition of giving and the company is happy to be able to contribute, seeing this ability as a privilege rather than a duty. In addition to its financial contributions, Sugat donates food and medical equipment to needy communities.

Budo for Peace is a non-profit organisation that brings together young people from conflict areas to participate in traditional Japanese martial arts to learn their intrinsic values and, as a result, to help break down barriers to co-existence. The Budo for Peace Association was established in 2004 with initial sponsorship from the Japanese government’s Grassroots Human Security Project and the UK-based organisation One to One Israel.
Sugat has recently become involved in supporting "Musicians of Tomorrow”, an important community project that enables gifted young Israeli children to develop into potentially word class musicians.
Sugat is happy to support its colleagues - employees of Bank Leumi in London - who participated in a special bike ride in England to raise funds for Sha’arei Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem. Sugat is proud to contribute to this important cause.
