1. Heat oil in a pot, add onions and fry till golden. Add rice and keep on stirring.
2. Add 3 cups of boiling water, reduce heat and cook covered for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
3. Let rice "rest" in pot for 30 minutes.
4. Add the herbs and the pepper to the rice. Add the cheese and mix gently. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, decorate with sesame seeds and serve.
