Chickpea and white bean salad
A tasty and healthy salad with two types of pulses that is perfect for vegetarians. Don't forget to soak the pulses in water a day before, or in boiling water a few hours before.

1 cup Sugat chickpeas (after soaking)
1 cup Sugat white beans (after soaking)
3 cucumbers, chopped
¼ cup dill, chopped
Salt and pepper
1. Place the pulses in a big pot, cover with water and cook over high heat until boiling. Continue cooking on lower heat until softened.
2. Rinse and allow to cool.
3. Mix the pulses with the cucumbers and dill. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
