Sugat rice salad with dill, lemons, smoked salmon and sour cream

Ingredients

3 cups seasoned cooked Sugat Classic Persian Rice: cooled to room temperature (Made from 1 cup of uncooked rice)
3 whole lemons
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, well crushed
1 container sour cream
200 grams smoked salmon


Instructions
1. Cook rice according to instructions on package. Put aside to cool to room temperature.
2. In a bowl, mix sour cream with 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, a small amount of dill and put aside.
3. Chop 2 lemons into cubes (including the skin), mix with the rice, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, pepper and juice from one whole lemon.
4. Place rice in the middle of a serving plate. Make a depression in the center and pour the sour cream mixture in it. Place the smoked salmon slices around.
